Crossroads 2023 Registration is Live!

Registration for our 2023 Medicaid conference is officially open. The Crossroads conference will be held on June 12-14, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee. Visit our website to register.


Join fellow Medicaid stakeholders for three days of top-notch content and Music City fun. We intentionally develop our agenda to be beneficial for all attendees. Our agenda will highlight the patient journey, which will include topics such as accelerated approvals, pharmaceutical and Medicaid market trends, Medicaid updates from the federal vantage point, rare disease, gene therapies, Medicaid enrollment, and much more.

We’ll feature over 20 speakers, several sessions and panels with audience Q&A, an opening night party on Broadway, the Extra Mile Award banquet, and two Speed Networking sessions. You’ll leave Crossroads brimming with new ideas, eager to keep important conversations moving, and positioned to do so.

The conference will begin on Monday, June 12, 2023, with the optional Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive at 9:00 a.m. CT, followed by the Opening Night Reception on Broadway at 6:00 p.m. CT. The conference will adjourn on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. CT. 

Conference registration includes:

  • Access to keynote, general sessions,* panels, and breakouts
  • Recordings of all content* post-conference
  • Live and on-demand CEUs for all sessions and panels
  • All meals during the conference (breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and coffee breaks)
  • Entry into the Opening Night Reception (June 12, 2023), including food, beverages, and transportation to and from the JW Marriott Nashville and the party venue on Broadway
  • Entry into the Extra Mile Award Banquet (June 13, 2023), including food and beverages
  • Entry into Speed Networking (if approved and registered before May 12, 2023)

*Access to Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive (formerly Medicaid 101) on Monday, June 12, 2023, is a separate fee of $599 and is not automatically included in registration. If you wish to attend the Medicaid Intensive, you may add this on during registration. Those attending the Medicaid Intensive will have lunch and snacks provided.
